Am I committing myself to anything if I ask you to do a survey?

As part of our service, advice and surveys are totally free and without obligation.

Is there a lot of mess when the work is done?

We are very tidy, always use dust sheets and come complete with a vacuum cleaner.

Do you do simple maintenance i.e. just replace a broken sash cord?

No job is too big or too small. We can help with all types of sash windows.

Can you also upgrade the glass in my windows?

Yes, we can repair broken panes, upgrade glass to laminate, or install new double glazed units.

Will the replacement windows look exactly like my original sash windows?

Yes, where we are replacing timber, the original timber profiles are maintained within the new timber windows, thus reproducing the original authenticity.
